Women's Leadership InstituteReturning in 2025!
CACUBO’s Women’s Leadership Institute is specifically designed for women, regardless of current position, with leadership potential within the higher education industry and men who strive to advance the leadership role of women in higher education. The Institute will feature experts on topics relevant to women in leadership, high-level executive coaching, and interaction with peers in both formal group discussions on current issues and in informal networking settings. This forum will provide participants with the tools and resources to take their career to the next level. Higher Education has embraced diversity and inclusion. As a result, structural barriers and gender bias are beginning to dissipate. Our industry has realized to be stronger and innovative in this ever-changing world, it must do a better job of integrating and appreciating what women can bring to the leadership table. This institute is tailored to inspire, encourage, and empower women to make a difference in the leadership of higher education institutions. It will provide knowledge and strategies for women to succeed in their current positions, as well, as motivation and inspiration to take their career to the next level. 2023 WOMEN’S LEADERSHIP INSTITUTEThe 2023 Women’s Leadership Institute was held on August 7-8, 2023 at the Hyatt Regency in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
