"Mark has been a great asset to the Board of Trustees. He puts tremendous effort into each of the roles he has had on the board, including his term as President. He is currently helping out temporarily with Secretary duties and making sure that everything that needs to be done in that role for the annual conference is moving forward. He is a great mentor and a great friend to those who serve with him."

What inspired you to start volunteering with CACUBO?
A colleague invited me to be on the Program Committee for the 2015 Annual Meeting in San Antonio, and I was excited to be part of the process of creating an event that I have enjoyed attending for several years.  

 

What is the most rewarding aspect of your volunteer work? 
My volunteer work allows me to be surrounded by people that I respect and admire.  These are the people I call for any reason at any time for questions and guidance…and they take my call!
